I had such fun talking to Kay Wyma about her second book, I'm Happy For You (Sort Of. Not Really.) last month for Late Night Conversation. The book talks about ways to break free from our culture of comparison, and she has some great suggestions, even as she admits it can be difficult when we're surrounded by social media all day. In our conversation, we talked about some immediate strategies to put in play when you find yourself comparing, about whether artists and writers are particularly susceptible to comparison, and a bit about Kay's incredible career trajectory from banker and White House staffer to mother and author.
I hope you'll have a listen here!
